Information collected on the website

The display-only website does not ask for or store your name, phone number, vehicle details, VIN, licence plate, repair records, or identification documents. Standard server access logs may temporarily record technical information such as an IP address, request time, and requested page for security and reliability.

If you choose to send an email

An email is sent through your email provider, not through a website submission form. Evergreen will use the message and contact details only to understand and respond to your project question. Please do not email sensitive information, identification, a VIN, licence plate, ownership documents, or repair records.

Use, access, and retention

• Access is limited to people working directly on the Evergreen project.
• Information is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.
• Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the project, or meet a legal obligation, then deleted when no longer required.
• If the website later introduces a form, analytics, online booking, or another collection method, this notice will be updated before that feature is enabled.

Your choices

You may ask what information Evergreen has about your inquiry, request a correction, withdraw permission for follow-up, or request deletion where applicable. Contact the project using eg.irrg@gmail.com.
